About Us
A Clinic Built For People Who Want To Keep Going
Trampis PT in Seneca, South Carolina.
Why We Do It This Way
Too many athletes leave physical therapy with less pain and no plan. The symptoms quiet down, the visits end, and then the first heavy training week brings everything back. We started Trampis PT to close that gap.
Our care combines evidence-based rehabilitation with real strength and performance training. That means hands-on work when it helps, honest education about what is happening in your body, and progressive loading that rebuilds your capacity for the demands of your sport. The goal is not just feeling better on the treatment table. The goal is getting back under the barbell, on the sled, and on the course with confidence.
Every session is one-on-one. You get your therapist's full attention, and your plan is built around the specific thing you are trying to return to.
Our Space In Seneca
The clinic is set up for training, not just treatment. Having the right equipment on hand lets us test heavy, loaded, and fatigued positions in the room with you instead of sending you home to find out how it goes. It also means the transition back to your gym is a short one, because the work you did in rehab looks a lot like the work you are going back to. You will find us at 172 Turtle Dove Ln in Seneca, and we are happy to answer questions before you ever book a visit.

Explain, Then Treat
You should leave your first visit understanding your injury well enough to explain it to a training partner.
Load Is Medicine
Rest has a role, but strength is what keeps the problem from coming back. We progress you rather than park you.
Straight Answers
If we can help, we will tell you how and for how long. If we are not the right fit, we will point you somewhere better.
