Rehab That Matches The Demands Of Your Sport

A shoulder that hurts overhead, a knee that flares up in a running block, a back that tightens under a heavy clean. These problems do not show up in daily life. They show up under load, under fatigue, and at speed. So that is where we assess them.

Every plan of care at Trampis PT starts with a full evaluation of how you move and how you load. We look at the painful area, then we look upstream and downstream at the joints, positions, and capacity that created the demand in the first place. From there you get a clear explanation of what is happening, what it will take to change it, and what your training looks like in the meantime.

Sessions are one-on-one with your physical therapist. We combine hands-on treatment to restore comfortable movement with progressive strength and conditioning work so the result holds up when the workout gets hard again.

What We Commonly Help With

If your issue is not on this list, call us. We will tell you honestly whether we are the right place for it.

💪

Shoulder Pain

Pain with overhead pressing, snatches, kipping, and toes to bar. We work on mechanics, capacity, and overhead positioning so heavy volume stops setting you back.

🦵

Knee Pain

Aching with squatting, lunging, wall balls, and running volume. We rebuild tolerance in the knee and the hips and ankles around it.

🧱

Low Back Pain

Discomfort under the barbell, during deadlifts, or after long conditioning pieces. We address positioning, bracing, and trunk capacity under real loads.

🦶

Hip, Ankle, And Foot

Pinching in the bottom of a squat, stubborn Achilles or plantar pain, ankle stiffness that limits your depth and your running stride.

🏁

Race And Competition Prep

Working around a nagging injury with a HYROX race or competition on the calendar. We build a plan that gets you to the start line prepared.

🔁

Return To Training After Injury

You are out of pain but not back to full loads. We bridge that gap with a graded return so you rejoin your programming with confidence.

What Your First Visit Looks Like

Plan on a full one-on-one session. We start with your history: what hurts, when it started, what makes it worse, and what you are training for. Then we test it. We watch you move, load the movements that bother you, and measure strength and mobility where it matters. Before you leave you will have an explanation of the problem, a plan with a realistic timeline, hands-on treatment where it will help, and specific instructions for your next few training sessions. No guesswork about what to do at the gym tomorrow.

You Are A Good Fit If

We do our best work with people who want to be active participants in their recovery.

  • You train regularly and want to keep training through the process
  • You want to understand why the injury happened, not just have it taped up
  • You are willing to do the strength work between sessions
  • You have a specific goal, whether that is a competition, a race, or a lift you want back
  • You have tried passive treatment before and want something more involved

Questions About Care

How long will I be in physical therapy?

It depends on how long the issue has been going on, what your goals are, and how the tissue responds. We will give you an honest estimate after the evaluation and revisit it as we go, so you are never left wondering how much longer this takes.

Will my sessions be with the same therapist every time?

Yes. You work one-on-one with your physical therapist throughout your plan of care.

Can you look at my technique as well as my injury?

Absolutely. For most athletes, how you are loading a movement is part of the story. Coaching your mechanics is a normal part of treatment here.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear what you train in and bring your lifters or running shoes if your issue shows up in those. If you have a copy of your current programming, bring that too.
